Constructions was founded in 2000 by a team of technocrat entrepreneurs whose
passion was to undertake construction and develop real estate and create value
using the best in business technology and scientific management inputs. The
company with its base in Hyderabad commenced its operations with a 50,000 SFT
residential apartment venture at Himayatnagar an upper middle class area in the
city under the name of “Harmony Apartments”. The company adopted the
brand name of “HARMONY” for all their subsequent projects. MISSION

manner, thus continuously creating value along the supply chain for customers,
suppliers, associates and partners following the management philosophy of competence,
concern, care, commitment and quality to its core."
Over
the years Elite successfully executed several projects that are classified under
residential, sub-urban farm houses and commercial sectors at Hyderabad and gained
a reputation for honesty in offered deals, quality of construction and above all
trustworthiness amongst its customers and supply chain associates. During
the last 5 years the company has achieved a sustained growth of around 15% and
posted a current net worth of Rs.250 million. The
